For me, the sales are an occasion to indulge in some expensive – but essential – but expensive – but essential – pieces. The kind I’ve been staring at during the whole season, nervously hitting the F5 button to check their availability.
Another criteria : they must still be wearable for the next season. Or the next year. The selection I’ve made for you, however, is very spring-y and summery. Not the kind one would expect with such a weather outside (big snow-filled clouds are speeding towards Paris at this time. I love it when Paris sky looks like a cliché snow ball with a tour eiffel inside !)
A leather biker jacket from Gerard Darel. Only the wine-colored version is on sale, yes Life is tough, and I took it in black anyway because it’s really a killer jacket. Just love the detailing and the quality. You can buy it on the Gerard Darel website, and wear it over pretty much anything during spring and summer !
Round sunglasses because it’s the right shape for the season to come, and pale green because yes, it returns this year again. They are from Stella McCartney and you can find them here.
Marc by Marc Jacobs skirts. Stripes are on trend for this spring-summer, and just look at those prints… I’m in love, really ! Already bought the one with the birds and thinking of getting myself the striped one too.
A structured, geometric clutch, in a soft nude color. Everything I like, put together. A classic from Alexander Wang, made in a new color every new season. After getting her little brother the Devere satchel bag, I also bought this beautiful Lydia clutch. Sold-out almost everywhere !
And also a gorgeous tweed dress by Alexander Wang, tastefully worn here by Miranda Kerr. Sold out almost anywhere but you can still find the skirt !!

21 Jan ’13J’ai parlé de mes soldes aussi récemment. J’ai fait quelques achats, un peu de lingerie, une parka, et des chaussures de rando. Pas hyper glam tout ça mais j’attends de retrouver ma taille initiale pour retrouver mes envies modesques. Car pour l’heure, croiser mon reflet dans le miroir relève de l’horreur…
J’adore en tout cas ta Wish List, surtout les jolies jupes Marc Jacobs.

16 Jan ’13Pour ma part c’est le sac de Wmiranda qui est sur ma wishlist depuis des mois! Comme toi je craque chaque saison sur les cuirs Gerard Darel mais ils commencent au 36 et c’est vraiment immense pour moi! Je suis en quête du blouson parfait depuis un moment!
